Abstract/Citation: Amendments to the Act [42 USC 11304 et seq.] to extend programmes providing urgently needed assistance for the homeless and for other purposes. Title III of the Act concerns federal management of food and shelter programmes. Title IV covers housing assistance; Title VI, revision and extension of programmes of health care for the homeless. The law authorises the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Programs through fiscal year 1990.
