| Abstract/Citation: | Amends sections 24 and 32 of the Act on safety at sea (No. 627 of 2002), respecting inspections and legal persons, section 64 a (competence of the Danish Maritime Authority) of the Notification (No. 742 of 2005) of the Seamen Act (No. 766 of 1995) and section 462 of the Notification (No. 538 of 2004) of the Sea Act (No. 39 of 1998), respecting calculation of damage. Also introduces a footnote for the Sea Act (No. 39 of 1998), informing that the law contains a provision partly implementing the EU Directive 2005/36/EF of the 7th September 2005. |
