Abstract/Citation: Makes a number of amendments to the Labour Act: paragraph 2 of Article 3 (concerning the documents and contracts to be provided by subcontractor for registration); Article 30 and its title (obligation to employ disabled persons and former prisoners, conditions to be fulfilled, etc.); Article 78 and its title (regulations on occupational safety and health (OSH)); Article 81 and its title (OSH services); Article 85(1) (adds the words "workers without any professional training" after "children"); Article 88 (regarding the regulations for pregnant or nursing women and the use of external services); Article 95(1) (concerning inspections by other authorities and the need for authorization prior to the opening of an establishment); Article 98(1) (concerning the violation of the obligation to notify the establishment and penalties imposed); Article 105 (concerning penalties in case of violation of rules regarding OSH measures, for the absence of medical certificates and authorization for the opening of an establishment, illegal use of a product, etc. and in case of work of persons under the age of 16 in arduous and dangerous work); Article 108 (concerning administrative fines); Article 111 (list of works considered as being industrial, commercial, agricultural and forestry).It also repeals Articles 33 (concerning the insolvency of the employer), 65 (concerning shorter working time and its allowance) and 82 (concerning engineers or technical staff in charge of safety at work).

Also makes amendments to Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006 on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance: adds a paragraph following Article 81 (concerning disabled, old age and death insurance premiums); amends Article 16 (provisional insurance rules for women being self-employed and in the agricultural sector, etc.); adds a temporary Article 23 (rules regarding the configuration of social security premiums that were non-respected); adds a temporary Article 24 (receivables of social security).
