| Abstract/Citation: | Amends several Articles of Act No. 5510 on Social insurance and general health insurance: (Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 40, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58, 60, 61, 63, 64, 67, 68, 72, 73, 76, 80, 81, 85, 87, 88, 89, 90, 92, 93, 97, 98, 100, 102, 103, 105, 106 and 108). Repeals the following Articles: Article 10(2), last sentence of Article 17(1), last sentence of Article 35(3), paragraph a) of Article 41 and replaces last two sentences of Article 42, paragraph 3 of Article 70, last sentence of paragraph 1 of Article 71. Amends temporary Articles 1 to 13 (included) of Act No. 5510 and adds temporary Articles 14 to 22 (included). Amends Act No. 5434 of 08/06/1949 on the Retirement Fund of the Turkish Republic (Articles 72, 40, 65, 72, 103, annexes 31, 71, 77, 79, 81, 83, temporary Article 220). Amends Act No. 2925 concerning Social Security and the Agricultural Sector (Articles 6(a), 21, 30 and 39 para a)). Amends Act No. 3201 dated 08/05/1985 which takes into consideration the lengh of time Turkish citizens have lived abroad with regards to the social security payments (article 1 to 6 included, adds temporary Articles 5 to 7 included). Amends Act No. 1479 of 2 September 1971 on the organisation of social insurances for craftsmen, shopkeepers and independent workers (temporary annex Article 6). Amends Maritime Labour Act. No. 854 dated 20/04/1967 (Articles 6 para 1, 29 para 1 and 2, 51). Amends the Labour Act No. 4857 of 22 May 2003 Articles 32 para 2 and 102 para 1. Amends Act No. 4447 of 25/08/1999 establishing Unemployment Insurance (Articles 46, 48, 49, 53). Amends Act No. 2022 dated 01/07/1976 respecting the grant of pensions to Turkish who are over the age of 65 and who are destitute, infirm and without any means of support (Articles 3, Annex 1, adds a temporary Article 1). |
