Second Region

Implements the Wage Earner Protection Program Act. Deals with wages, termination of employment, controlling interest, excluded managers, offsets, allocation of payments, applications, review, appeal, information to be provided to the Minister, information to be provided to an individual, duty to assist - deadlines, and fees and expenses.

NOTE: Will enter into force when the Principle Act enters into force.
