Abstract/Citation: The purpose of this Act is to promote fair, effective, and efficient disclosure of relevant information between the prosecution and the defence, and by non-parties, for the purposes of criminal proceedings (Article 3). Repeals Sections 11 and 12(1) of the Crimes Amendment Act 1973 (1973 No 118).
