Abstract/Citation: Amends the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977, so as to provide for the making of special arrangements for vulnerable witnesses. Regulates the admissibility of certain unsworn or unaffirmed evidence and determines the weight to be attached to certain evidence. Makes provision for the manner of cross-examination of witnesses under a certain age. Provides for the admission as evidence of certain medical records as evidence and certain statements made out of court.
