| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals the Act on Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons' Efficiency (B.E. 2534). Establishes the National Commission for the Promotion and Development of Disabled Persons' Life Quality and sets out its compositions, functions and powers. Also establishes an Office to implement recommendations of the Commission. Also establishes a fund to be managed by the Office for the rehabilitation of disabled persons. The appropriate Ministries are to make regulations concerning improving access to buildings and facilities. Provides tax benefits to employers employing a certain number of disabled persons. |
