| Abstract/Citation: | This rule contains procedures for contributions to, and withdrawals from, the annual leave bank. The voluntary leave bank programme, established by the Office of Personnel Management, permits employees in approved executive agencies to contribute annual leave to leave banks for the use of leave bank members in medical or family medical emergency situations. |
