Repeals clause 6(11) of Ministerial Regulation No. 2 (B.E. 2535) issued under the Factory Act. Replaces clause 7 of Regulation No. 2 with the following text:
"In the case where there is a reasonable cause, the Minister may specify safety criteria and test methods for machinery, equipments or items used in the factory under Clause 6(2), (3), (7), (9), or (10)."
