| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 52 of the Civil Servants Act No. 657 of 14 July 1965 (employment of disabled persons) and adds an additional section 39 to the Civil Servants Act. Section 39 amends section 108 of the Labour Act No. 4857 of 22 May 2003. It amends the first paragraph of section 108 (administrative fines) and repeals the first sentence of the second paragraph. Section 41 amends the first paragraph of article 122 of the New Turkish Criminal Code, Act No. 5237 of 26 September 2004 by adding after the words "language, race, colour, gender" the word "disability". Section 50 of the Act repeals the additional section 37 of the Social Insurance Act No. 506 of 17 July 1964, and it repeals paragraph 3 of section 668 of Commercial Act No. 6762 of 29 June 1956. |
