| Abstract/Citation: | It amends Articles 69 paragraph 1 (concerning the obligation of certification and declaration), 273 (concerning the authorization to be obtained by the state for the establishment), 386 (concerning publication and notification), 510 paragraph 1 (concerning the registration) of the Turkish Commercial Act No. 6762 dated 29.06.1956. It also repeals paragraph 1 of Article 509, paragraph 3 of Article 510 and Article 514 of the Turkish Commercial Act No. 6762 dated 29.06.1956. It adds a sentence to Article 3, after paragraph 2 (concerning the declaration of establishments and in particular the formalities to be undertaken towards the Ministry of Labour and Social Security) of Labour Act No. 4857 of 22 May 2003. It adds a provision following Article 8, paragraph 1 (concerning the notification of workplaces and in particular the declaration of insured persons and the penalty to be applied in case of non-respect of this obligation in line with Article 140(a) of this Act) of Social Insurance Act No. 506 dated 17.07.1964. |
