| Abstract/Citation: | Amends paragraph 4 of Article 108 of Civil Servants Act No. 657 of 14 July 1965 by replacing the word 4 (years) by 8 (years) concerning maximum time period for unpaid leave abroad. Repeals several words in Article 152, part "II. Compensation" and replaces "%325" by "%330". Adds a temporary Article 35 concerning proxy's fees for lawyers). Adds several paragraphs following Article 2 (paragraph concerning definitions) and adds a paragraph following Article 81 (concerning physicians in the enterprise) of Labour Law No. 4857 dated 22/05/2003. |
