Abstract/Citation: Contains, inter alia, provisions concerning contractual employment relationships. Article 1601f on labour agreements, stipulates that a women entering into a labour contract must first obtain the consent of her husband. Once permission is granted, she can perform actions pertaining to labour contracts, such as acknowledging payment and appearing in court without her husband. The article also stipulates that she is entitled to use her remuneration for the benefit of her family.
