Abstract/Citation
The objectives of the Act are to "(a) preserve, restore and enhance First Nations heritage, language and culture; (b) increase understanding and sharing of knowledge, within both the First Nations and non-First Nations communities, and; (c) heighten appreciation and acceptance of the wealth of cultural diversity among all British Columbians" [Preamble to the Act].
