Amends Article 32(a) of Prime Minister Order No. 132, 2004:
1. A license to open a private clinic is only given to a Yemeni Doctor in the main province that a Ministerial Order is issued in on the condition that the doctor is specialized in his domain and has the proper license to practice his work.
2. the Doctor needs to have at least two years of experience in his domain in order to get a license to open a clinic in remote provinces.
