Rules issued under sections 6 and 103 of the Labour Protection Act (B.E. 2541), regulating employers' occupational safety and health obligations.
Applies to mineral and rock mines, petroleum and petrochemical businesses, manufacturing, construction, hotels, etc. (section 1). Consists of four Chapters: legal definitions (section 2); the establishment of safety manuals (sections 3 to 4); training of workers (sections 5 and 6); appointment of OSH delegates (sections 7 to 18); establishment of OSH committees (sections 23 to 35); and OSH reports and notifications (sections 33 to 41).
