Abstract/Citation: Regulates the competence and methods of work, as well as the conditions of appointment and acquittal of duty of the Ombudsman for Children and its Deputies (Article 1). The Ombudsman is to promote the rights and interests of children on the basis of the Constitution, international treaties and laws (Article 2).
