Gives effect to the financial proposals of the Federal Government for the year beginning on the first day of July 2006, and amends several Acts relating to workmen's compensation, industrial and commercial employment, companies profits, minimum wages for unskilled workers, workers' welfare fund, and employees' old-age benefits.
