| Abstract/Citation: | The principles governing labour inspection are to be renewed and given yearly to the National Labour Security and Labour Affairs Inspectorate. The inspection is extended to the documents certifying termination of the labour relationship and to the lending of workers. The Act also provides for rules in case of illegal employment of foreign workers. |
