| Abstract/Citation: | The operator of a dangerous industry must satisfy to the conditions defined in the annexes to the decree, which include a report on safety, a risk assessment and an internal protection plan. Also determines the elements to be examined by the authority during a control. Jobs within the dangerous area should be approved by a committee set up by the authorities, and the operator has to report to the authorities any serious accident in relation with a dangerous substance. |
