Abstract/Citation: Sets out the Labour Officer's role in conciliation and in referring matters to arbitration. Also sets out regulations for the representation of parties, procedures after reference to arbitration and voting by secret ballot when employees or employers have decided to resort to collective job action to resolve disputes in terms of section 104 of the Labour Act.
