Abstract/Citation: Provides a code of conduct for the termination of a contract of employment for disciplinary reasons. It defines the meaning of misconduct, sets out the steps to take for termination of the contract and provides measures for disciplinary procedures. It also includes regulations for penalties and appeals. The Labour Relations (General Conditions of Employment) (Termination of Employment) Regulations, 2003 (S.I. No. 130 of 2003) are repealed.
