Made under the Wages Act 1964. Regulates, inter alia, the basic minimum wage, hours of work, overtime, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, public holidays, compassionate leave, retirement age, payment of severance allowance, casual work, watchman's clothing and equipment, redundancy, piece or task work, transport, continuous service and protective clothing in the retail, wholesale and distributive trades. Repeals the Regulation of Wages (Retail, Wholesale and Distributive Trades) Order, 2004 (L.N. No. 74 of 2004). |
