Supplements Law No. 106(I) of 2000 by extending co-operation between the competent authority and any EU member State or other Party to the STCW Convention, which is advised of the Cyprus Government's intention to initiate judicial proceedings under the jurisdiction of the former for cases of non-compliance with sections 21 and 22 of the Law.
