| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the protection of workers' representatives against acts of discrimination on account of trade union activity and requires the employer to provide workers' representatives with the necessary facilities for discharging their duty. Establishes the jurisdiction of the Labour Court for all disputes of a civil law nature arising from the application of the Law on workers' representatives. |
