Abstract/Citation: The accreditation of employers employing workers with changed working capacity aims at guaranteeing that these employers have the appropriate conditions to enable individuals with health problems or with disabilities to work in an environment suited to their health condition. The activities offered by the employer must enable the workers to work to their fullest capacity.
