| Abstract/Citation: | Made in accordance with Article 221 of the Sudan Interim National Constitution. The AEC shall, inter alia, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement during the pre-interim and interim periods; evaluate the unity arragements established; advise the Presidency with a view to improving institutions and arrangements created; evaluate fulfillment of the obligations and the international support for the implementation and encouragement of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement. |
