In order to give effect to the reorganisation of Fiji's sea ports, amends sections 3, 5, 22, 27, 32, 51, 59, 102, 104, 160-166, 183, 185, 198, 199 and 202 of the principle Act; repeals sections 3A and 3B; New Part IA and new sections 76-80, 80A, 200A, and 201 A added; section 56E deleted.
