Abstract/Citation: Provides employers with subsidies for employing youth at the beginning of their career, unemployed persons above 50 years of age and of individuals who have taken care of a child or nursed a family member.
Individuals with a higher level qualification can work receiving a fellowship for a minimum of 9 months and a maximum of 1 year. This work relation is created by a contract between the employer and the employee. The aim of this programme is to facilitate youth who have finished their education gaining work experience.
