Abstract/Citation: In accordance with relevant provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Law of 1972 and its Implementation Order, rules are set to prevent injuries caused by asbestos. Detailed rules comprising nine chapters, 49 articles, 15 supplementary articles and tables provide for the employers' duties in administrating workplaces dealing with asbestos.
