Second Region

Regulates the procedures for deporting a convicted person, an "undesirable" person, a destitute person, or a prohibited immigrant. Pending deportation, a person may be detained for a period not exceeding 28 days. If the deportation order has not been executed before the 28 days are up, the person is free to go. The person being deported may be requested to cover any expenses incurred.
