Comprehensive labour legislation divided into seven books and fourteen chapters as follows:
Book I. Preliminary provisions concerning, inter alia, vocational rehabilitation and placement of disabled persons, placement of unemployed workers and employment of aliens;
Book II. Apprenticeship, vocational training and labour contracts;
Book III. Organisation of work including hours of work, employment of young persons, employment of women, employment of workers in mines and quarries, and the fixing of wages;
Book IV. Trade unions;
Book V. Conciliation and arbitration in labour disputes;
Book VI. Labour inspection and judicial police;
Book VII. Penalties.
