Abstract/Citation: The purpose of the Regulations is to revoke and remake the Hazardous Materials Information Review Regulations of 31 December 1987. The effective date is changed from 31 Oct. 1988 to the date on which the Regulations are registered by the Clerk of the Privy Council. This text also amends the criteria for evaluating a claim for exemption.
