| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates procedure for granting support to government officials who have been injured performing work on duty. Authority for granting such support lies with minister in charge. Provides that government official who reaches retirement age during illness treatment shall have right to receive treatment until it is concluded. Also provides for inheritance of severance pay in the event that injured government official subsequently passes away. Repeals Act on supporting government official in the event of injury due to public duty B.E. 2498. |
