Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation concerning the settlement of trade disputes and regulating industrial relations. Divided into 7 parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 sets forth the procedures for settlement of disputes. Part 3 deals with conciliation, arbitration, settlements and inquiries into trade disputes. Part 4 concerns adherence to agreements and awards. Part 5 makes provision for protection of essential services, life and property. Part 6 deals with strike ballots. Part 7 contains miscellaneous provisions.
