Abstract/Citation: Repeals and re-enacts with amendments law relating to Singapore Police Force. Comprises 12 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-2) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (s. 3-18) regulates constitution and administration of police force. Part 3 (s. 19-43) provides for duties and discipline of police officers. Part 4 (s. 44-55) provides for committees of inquiry. Part 5 (s. 56-59) deals with service outside Singapore; Part 6 (s. 60-63) with service as air marshalls on board Singapore Aircraft. Part 7 (s. 64-65) makes provision for public officers with police powers. Part 8 (s. 66-85) provides for special constabulary. Part 9 (s. 86-105) deals with auxiliary forces. Part 10 (s. 106-107) provides for police fund. Part 11 (s. 108-110) deals with unclaimed property. Part 12 (s. 111-123) contains miscellaneous provisions.
