Abstract/Citation: Provides that the employer's order for overtime must contain information of the concrete day of the following week which will be a compensatory day off for the worker concerned. This rest shall not be less than 24 hours. States the required documents for applying for child-care leave for a child up to 2 years of age. This leave may also be obtained by a person with whom the child lives (in case when the child lives at a foster or a related family). Also provides minor changes concerning different kinds of child care leave.
