| Abstract/Citation: | Determines conditions of eligibility to cash benefits, amount and payment of benefits. Concerns occupational pension, disability pension, family pension (pension for members of family of a deceased person who was entitled to an occupational or disability pension), special care benefit, additional benefits and funeral grant. Provides inter alia for periods to be taken in account to determine the right and to calculate the amount of the benefit. Makes provision for detailed rules governing insured persons' rights to benefits, their modification, amount and indexation, right to additional benefits, procedure and payment, and duties of employers and insured persons. |
