Designation of employment development promotion areas, the specified employment development promotion SEDP areas, and urgent employment-securing areas. Fixes the necessary conditions for receiving the extended benefits for displaced workers in SEDP areas. Names the legal persons to whom the employment ratio of displaced workers in SEDP are fixed by the Ministry of Labour shall apply.
