Part 2 (s. 6-12) regulates government co-contribution in respect of low income earners. Part 3 (s. 13-14) determines government co-contribution payable. Part 4 (s. 15-18) regulates payment of government co-contribution. Part 5 (s. 19-25) deals with underpayments and overpayments. Part 6 (s. 26-45) provides for information gathering. Part 7 (s. 46-54) deals with administrative matters. Parts 8 and 9 contain miscellaneous and final provisions. |
