Abstract/Citation
Provides for establishment of Medium and Small Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand. Objectives of Bank are to develop, promote and support establishment, operation, expansion and improvement of medium and small enterprises by granting loans, providing security guarantees, making joint investments, and providing advice and other services. Regulates powers, composition and procedures of Bank. Repeals Small Industrial Finance Corporation Act 1991.
