Abstract/Citation: Adds to Act No. 627 of 2002 new ss. 3(3) (maritime safety for prevention of terrorist acts), 14(2) (competence of Maritime Board to issue rules prohibiting ships from leaving harbour on ground of unfavourable weather) and 32(4) (punishment as defined in EU-orders); repeals s. 64b(2) and (3) of Act No. 766 of 1995 and adds a new s. 64b(2) (rules on the issue etc. of identity certificates for seamen, including cancellation of certificate for person considered to be a security threat).
