Abstract/Citation
Deals with various aspects of environment protection policy. Divided into 7 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-9) contains general provisions. Part 2 (s. 10-29) provides for prevention and combat against environmental degradation, environmental pollution and environmental incidents. Part 3 (s. 30-36) makes provision for remedy of environmental degradation, environmental pollution and environmental incidents. Part 4 (s. 37-44) deals with state management of environmental protection Part 5 (s. 45-48) governs international relations with respect to environmental protection. Part 6 (s. 49 and 52) sets forth rewards and deals with breaches. Part 7 (s. 53-55) contains implementation provisions.
