| Abstract/Citation: | Comprehensive legislation on compensation of workers for disabilities suffered or diseases contracted during the course of employment. Divided into 12 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-5) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (s. 6-9) regulates application of act. Part 3 (s. 10-27) establishes Workers' Compensation Fund Control Board. Part 4 (s. 28-50) provides for medical examinations and certificates of fitness. Part 5 (s. 51-64) regulates right to compensation. Part 6 (s. 66-86) deals with liability for compensation and amount of compensation. Part 7 (s. 87-98) regulates procedure for obtaining compensation. Part 8 (s. 99-103) provides for medical aid.
