Makes miscellaneous amendments to Constitution of Kyrgyzstan. Divided into 8 chapters. Chapter 1 contains general principles, and provides for organization and activity of the State. Chapter 2 makes provision for citizenship, human rights and freedoms, and rights and duties of citizens. Chapter 3 regulates election and powers of President. Chapter 4 provides for power of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and for legislative activity. Chapter 5 deals with executive power of Kyrgyz Republic. Chapter 6 regulates courts and judicial system. Chapter 7 deals with local self-government. Chapter 8 sets forth procedure for changing and amending of Constitution. |
