Singapore Workforce Development Agency Act
Provides for establishment of Singapore Workforce Development Agency, and regulates its functions and powers. Duties of Agency include to serve as national body in the areas of adult continuing education and training, to facilitate employment and re-employment, and to advise and make recommendations to the Government on matters, measures and regulations conntected with such areas, including the formulation of policies, and the provision of infrastructure and facilities in relation to such areas.
