Adds and amends several sections covering, inter alia, ss. 1 (objectives, definition of ethnicity), 1a-b (scope of application), 2 (collaboration between employers and workers to promote equal opportunities at work notwithstanding ethnicity or religion), 4-7 (employers' duties concerning discrimination at the workplace), 8-10, 12-14, 16-17, 24, 36 (prohibition against discrimination, including harassment and instructions to discriminate), and 36a (burden of proof).
