Abstract/Citation: Provides for detailed requirements for eligibility (e.g. genuine job-seekers), specifications of the benefits paid, and fines to be charged in the event of unlawful receipt of benefits. Relevant amendments were made by Cabinet Order No. 216 of 2003 and ministerial ordinances Nos. 82-85 of 2003 to enforce the amendment made to Employment Insurance Law by this law.
