Abstract/Citation: Labour obligation means the execution of tasks for legal persons and in bodies of State administration and for the needs of armed forces of National Defense. Provides for the evaluation of physical ability of persons submitted to labour obligation and their training, and training of working crews for the armed forces or National Defense.
